Spanish Wine Dinner with Guest Speaker Yago Gomez Gonzales
From the Atlantic freshness of Galicia to the richness and depth of the Ribera del Duero, we promise you the best of dining and wining experiences. Head Chef, Robert Ribbens Has created a wonderful menu and Yago Gomez Gonzales, son of the founder of the wineries featured, will be flying in to personally present a fascinating selection of his wines, sharing the stories behind the vineyards, the wineries and the distinctive regions from which they come.

FRIDAY 6TH FEBRUARY - A CELEBRATION OF ITALIAN FOOD & WINE
Following on from the recent success of the inaugural Royal Irish Culinary Showcase evening in October, we're delighted to announce that on Friday 6th February we will be hosting our first ever 'Celebration of Italian Food & Wine' evening. With a 'Menu Magnifico' carefully crafted by our Italian Sous Chef, and some of Italy's most famous and highly regarded wines (think Villa Antinori), this promises to be a wonderful evening. Details to follow over Christmas, and please note that places will be limited and this evening will sell out.

2025 Wine Dinners
South African Wines from Tokara Wine Estate - Friday 21st November, 1930 hrs
Mackenway Wines will introduce us to Karl Lambour to our November wine dinner on Friday 21st November.
Karl from Tokara Winery in South Africa will present some of their award winning wines. What better way to spend an evening in your Club on the eve of the Ireland versus South Africa Rugby match, which will be shown on our screen the following day. Book for this dinner early as it will book up fast.

Guests will enjoy a curated tasting of six “Hidden Gems” from our wine list—three reds and three whites—specially selected for their character and quality. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious to explore something new, this is a great way to discover some of the lesser-known highlights of our cellar. €24 per person.
