Over the past year the Committee has been working on ironing out some minor contradictions and improving the readability of our Rules. No material changes are proposed. A working group has been convened to manage the project. We would like to invite members to a briefing to discuss the proposed redrafting of the wording of the current rules. Over the past year the Committee has been working on ironing out some minor contradictions and improving the readability of our Rules. No material changes are proposed. A working group has been convened to manage the project. We would like to invite members to a briefing to discuss the proposed redrafting of the wording of the current rules.
The briefing will be at 11am on Saturday 28th March in the Drawing Room.
The purpose of this briefing is to outline the proposed changes, explain the rationale behind the redrafting, and provide an opportunity for discussion and feedback that the working group can take account of your views before the proposal is progressed further. Your insights as a member of the Club would be greatly valued in ensuring the revised rules are clear, effective and fit for purpose.
